Brochures advice on lifestyles
These booklets are the result of collaboration of our group of health education and health promotion PAPPS semFYC and DG Public Health, Quality and Innovation of the Ministry of Health, Social Services and Equality. They are materials (brochures) reinforcement for comprehensive advice on lifestyles that have developed within the framework of the Strategy for Health Promotion and Prevention in the NHS.
Alcohol. "? Alcohol, how much" The aim of the brochure is to report on what is a risk consumption, whether ours is, become aware of alcohol we drink and let us know some recommendations to reduce consumption. You can access the brochure for download at the following link .

Emotional well - being: "Feel better and connects ". The aim is to highlight the importance of emotional well - being has on health; feeling good is something that we can influence certain aspects and working with oneself, with others and with the environment we can achieve greater health. LINK
Safety and injury: "Winning in health: stay active and prevent falls ." The aim is to convey that there are effective measures that will help us continue to be active despite fulfilling years, and prevent falls and their consequences.
